BIENNIAL MEETING

St. Therese Church - Murray Hall

SUNDAY, JUNE 26, 2016 1:00-3:00PM

GO HERE FOR MEETING PACKAGE

Our district enrolled 9,444 members last year.  With sixty days remaining in this AAU year our registrations are at 8,514 and climbing every day.

On Sunday, June 26 you are invited to join other member clubs at the Pacific Southwest District Biennial Board of Managers Meeting from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the St. Therese Parish - Murray Hall located at 6016 Camino Rico, San Diego, California 92120.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the AAU, meet other club leaders, and find out how you can become a member of the Board of Managers or your specific Sport Committee.

The primary contact of all member clubs may attend the meeting.  In order to have a vote in the meeting, a member club must have at least five (5) individual members, affiliated with their club, through the AAU database.  The District will run a report to determine which club have met this requirement.

The club may name a new representative for the club.  This request must be submitted to the District Secretary at least 7 days before the meeting date.  This is not a proxy vote; this is actually changing the club representative in the membership database.
